Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They will manage financial reports, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves developing strategies to improve financial performance, managing cash flow, and supervising the finance team.

Qualifications

    Manage complete accounting operations – AP, AR, payroll & general ledger
  • Ensure timely filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns & other compliance
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports & budgets
  • Monitor cash flow, forecasting & support management decisions
  • Coordinate with auditors & ensure adherence to financial regulations
  • Requirements / Qualifications
    Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Proven experience in Compliance and regulatory adherence
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS & statutory regulations
  • Hands-on expertise with Tally/ERP systems & advanced MS Excel
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in accounting, taxation, and compliance
