Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced
WalkMe Mobile Solutions Developer
to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital adoption solutions across our enterprise mobile applications. This role is critical in improving user experience, accelerating learning, and maximizing ROI on platforms such as
Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and SuccessFactors
.

You will act as a subject matter expert for WalkMe on mobile, collaborating with business and technical teams to transform complex processes into intuitive, guided user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Architect and deliver WalkMe solutions for iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Analyze workflows, identify user friction points, and define adoption strategies.
  • Design scalable WalkMe experiences (Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Surveys).
  • Maintain solution documentation, user journey maps, and specifications.

2. Development & Implementation

  • Integrate the WalkMe Mobile SDK into native iOS and Android apps.
  • Build and configure WalkMe content optimized for mobile UX.
  • Develop custom features using JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Conduct QA/UAT to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the technical lead for WalkMe mobile projects.
  • Partner with business analysts, product owners, and developers.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes effectively.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver iteratively.

4. Analytics & Optimization

  • Use WalkMe Insights to measure engagement and adoption.
  • Translate data into actionable improvements and executive reports.
  • Run A/B tests and gather feedback to refine user journeys.

5. Governance & Best Practices

  • Define standards and best practices for WalkMe mobile solutions.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on WalkMe enhancements, mobile trends, and adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years
    of WalkMe experience (with
    2+ years in mobile implementations
    ).
  • Hands-on expertise with WalkMe Mobile SDK and Editor.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Proven WalkMe implementations on mobile platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, SuccessFactors.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and UI/UX principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • WalkMe Certification (Professional/Expert Builder).
  • Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications.
