Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
with proven expertise in paid advertising and lead generation. The right candidate will bring 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, a deep understanding of international ad strategies, and the ability to lead a high-performing marketing team. This role requires close collaboration with the sales department to ensure campaigns deliver high-quality leads and measurable business growth. Prior experience in the
fintech space
will be a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Design, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and other digital channels
. - Track performance, fine-tune targeting, and ensure campaigns generate maximum ROI and high-quality leads.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.
Sales Alignment
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue objectives.
- Build a smooth pipeline of qualified leads and track lead-to-conversion performance.
- Share regular updates on marketing-driven sales impact.
Team Leadership
- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of digital marketers.
- Assign responsibilities, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Encourage innovation and collaboration within the team.
Global Campaigns
- Execute
international paid ad strategies
tailored to diverse markets and compliance needs. - Adapt creatives, messaging, and targeting to resonate with global audiences.
- Monitor engagement and ROI across regions for optimization.
Industry Expertise
- Keep pace with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Apply
fintech industry insights
to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with emphasis on
paid lead generation
. - Strong background in running PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Meta, etc.
- Proficiency in
analytics and reporting tools
(Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.). - Exposure to
international campaign management
and regional market strategies. - Prior fintech experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
