Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement activities of our electrical hardware manufacturing unit in Dhulagarh. The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor base, sound knowledge of sourcing engineering components and materials, and experience working in companies with ₹100 Cr+ turnover in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and consumables.

  • Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process including requisition, purchase order creation, follow-ups, and delivery.

  • Source new vendors and continuously evaluate existing suppliers for performance, pricing, and quality.

  • Coordinate with the store, accounts, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.

  • Analyze market trends to forecast material cost fluctuations and availability.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. (Mechanical) with 4–5 years of experience in a similar electrical hardware or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong vendor database and sourcing experience, preferably in companies with ₹100 Cr+ turnover.

  • Solid understanding of engineering materials, MROs, and consumables used in electrical manufacturing.

  • Proven negotiation and cost-saving skills.

  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
