Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Sales Executive who can drive sales across Okuu's multi-vertical portfolio. This role demands adaptability to manage both consumer-focused sales (food & beauty) and industrial B2B sales (woodworking machinery). The ideal candidate is ambitious, relationship-driven, and eager to learn how to build business across different markets.
You'll be responsible for sales, client acquisition, and channel management, ensuring that Okuu's products reach the right consumers through the right platforms — retail, modern trade, and digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across Okuu's Food, Beauty and Woodworking Machinery portfolio.
- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and channel sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and partnerships.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales performance using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
. - 0–5 years
of sales experience (FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or industrial machinery) - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a multi-sector brand.
- Comfort with handling a multi-category portfolio and engaging diverse customers.
- Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
