About the Role:

We are looking for a self driven and strategic professional to expand and strengthen our dealer, system integrator (SI), and automation integrator network. This role involves building strong market connections, driving brand-wise sales targets, and ensuring profitable growth through well-managed partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a strong dealer network, including L1 & L2 dealers, SIs, and automation integrators.
  • Build relationships with key architects for direct project acquisition.
  • Establish a network of high-end retail dealers to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain profitability and performance of the dealer network.
  • Achieve brand-wise sales targets set by management.
  • Identify training needs and arrange sessions for SI teams and dealers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in dealer management, B2B sales, or project acquisition.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work across multiple product brands and regions.
