  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and procure the required goods and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and vendor performance.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
