Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
ELV & BIM Project Engineer
to join our team. This role combines expertise in
BIM/Revit-based architectural design
with hands-on
ELV systems project engineering
. The candidate will be responsible for managing design concepts and BIM models, while also overseeing end-to-end project management of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarms. The position requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve design concepts into detailed construction documents using
  Revit 3D BIM modeling
  with accuracy and efficiency.
• Produce architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details for owners/contractors/consultants.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing firm-wide
  Revit standards
  , model management, and provide technical support to design team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and workflow milestones.
• Manage all phases of
  ELV systems projects
  , from planning and design to installation, testing, commissioning, and closure.
• Conduct
  site surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies
  for ELV systems.
• Ensure compliance with
  industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
  .
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure technical and project requirements are met.
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and client training during project implementation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  .
• Minimum of
  3–5 years of experience
  in BIM/Revit modeling and ELV project management.
• Proven track record of
  successful ELV system project delivery
  (CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems).
• Strong understanding of
  architectural, structural, and technical building systems
  .
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g., MS Project)
  .
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
