Key Responsibilities:Analyze and validate performance of audio subsystems to meet strict metrics for robustness, and stability on Qualcomm platforms.Understanding in Audio codes, standards, mobile audio and IoT Audio featuresCollaborate with cross-functional, systems, engineering and customer engineering teams for system use case verification and commercialization of audio technologiesPerform System level performance testing, measurements and certifications.Support diversity and inclusion within Qualcomm and exhibit adaptability in a dynamic, multi-tasking team environment.Requirements:Solid background in audio software and firmware fundamentals.Experience working on Android audio architecture or Linux audio drivers is a plusExperience with embedded platforms, DSP architectures, real-time operating systems, and software design patternsQuick learner, self-motivated, and capable of working independently across geographically dispersed teams.Ability to do considerable analysis and debugging skills.Experience on Audio hardware Interfaces, Tunning, 3GPP standard testing is an addon advantage.Qualifications:Bachelors or master's in engineeringEffective Oral and Written Communication skillsGood Team playerKnowledge on Python Scription, C programming with debugging skills Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
