Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Psychiatrist. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing psychiatric care to patients, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The Psychiatrist will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, and will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Medicine and Psychiatry skills
  • Experience in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health
  • Specialized knowledge in Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO), with a specialization in Psychiatry
  • Board Certification in Psychiatry
  • MBBS
    :
  • Internship:
     A mandatory one-year internship that follows the MBBS degree.
  • MD in Psychiatry
    :
     A 3-year postgraduate program that provides in-depth training.
  • DNB Psychiatry
    :
     A 3-year alternative to the MD, offered by the National Board of Examinations, with a focus on hospital-based training.
  • Diploma in Psychological Medicine (DPM)
    :
     A 2-year diploma course that can also lead to qualification.
