Position Overview

We are seeking a
Technical Lead / Senior Software Developer (Java)
with strong expertise in Java technologies and proven experience in leading or mentoring teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications, along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Java applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience
    in software development using
    Core Java, J2EE, and related frameworks
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA
    , and RESTful services.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL, relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)
    .
  • Experience with
    build tools
    (Maven/Gradle) and
    version control
    (Git).
  • Solid understanding of
    object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and best practices
    .
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience in mentoring developers.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
