Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Lead 13+ YrsOf Experience to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Java developers, designing and developing high-quality Java applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects. You will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications using industry best practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Java applications through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Java technologies and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the definition and improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps engineers.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers on technical and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring Java development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
