Senior Systems Analyst

Look no further  This is an awesome opportunity for someone who really wants to make a difference and be part of a rewarding, engaging and collaborative environment on our global team.  In this 'Techno/Functional' role you will act as a liaison between our internal/external business partners and our IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs. 

You will be responsible for:

• Identify, develop, and implement solutions for various business initiatives that utilize various software applications such as Oracle FUSION (ERP, EPM, FDI), Wall Street Suite, IntelliMatch, and the downstream apps they connect with

• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes

• Coordinate efforts for multiple projects at once with development, QA, UAT, infrastructure, finance, and operational teams

• Assist and support end-user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Act as subject matter expert and provide best practices recommendations

• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners to understand business processes and proactively recommend solutions

• Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analyses, document functional/technical specification documents

• Assist with identifying and documenting data and integration issues and support integration work streams

• Provide updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests to leadership

• AdHoc IT related requests outside of the above when time permits

You should apply if you have:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 6 years of functional/technical experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Support Analyst, or Systems Analyst

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules including GL, FA, AR, AP, Procurement, and Projects

• Experience as a 'senior' resource gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, and testing

• Individual must be committed to accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic, time management/organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
