Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Associate Vice President And Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, team management, and driving performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include implementing process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance within the Revenue Cycle and Accounts Receivable Management sectors
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
