Position Title: Sales Manager Projects - Hardware Setup and Industry Infrastructure
Department: Government Sales
Location: Kolkata/Delhi
Position Summary: The Project Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales of hardware & networking infrastructure setup projects, including industry infrastructure projects with a focus on CCTV Surveillance, CCTV setup architecture, LAN setup, and a basic understanding of data center setup including firewalls and switches. @ICT projects in Govt. Education Sector. This role requires expertise in navigating government bid portals, preparing high-quality proposals, and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and have a strong technical background in the relevant fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the government sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardware infrastructure projects, including CCTV installation, LAN setup, and basic data center setups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Utilize government bid portals to identify relevant tenders and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bid proposals that comply with government requirements.
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance projects , Smart City Projects ,Hardware & Networking ,LAN setup, and basic data center setups, including firewalls and switches in Government sector.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct site assessments and develop customized infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.
- Proven track record of managing government bids and tenders.
- Strong technical background in CCTV surveillance , Hardware & Networking , data center infrastructure and @ICT projects.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of government procurement processes and bid portals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
