Key Responsibilities:

1. Collection Operations Management

  • Monitor and manage delinquent accounts across allocated branches/locations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and field visits for overdue customers.
  • Drive recovery for various buckets: soft bucket, hard bucket, write-off, and legal cases.
  • Maintain and track daily collection performance metrics.

2. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Field Collection Executives, Team Leaders, and Agencies.
  • Conduct regular training on collection processes, negotiation skills, and compliance.
  • Assign targets, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

3. Agency & Vendor Management

  • Appoint, monitor, and audit external collection agencies.
  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve escalations arising from agency or field interactions.

4. Portfolio Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze delinquency trends and identify risk patterns across locations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for senior management.
  • Develop and implement corrective strategies for NPA reduction.

5. Compliance & Risk Control

  • Ensure all collection activities follow regulatory guidelines (RBI/industry norms).
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
  • Handle customer grievances and resolve disputes professionally.

6. Legal & Recovery Support

  • Coordinate with the legal team for notices, recovery proceedings, and arbitration.
  • Support repossession or settlement negotiations when applicable.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of collections, credit risk, and field operations
  • Ability to lead and manage large field teams
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Good understanding of compliance and legal guidelines
  • Target-driven attitude with strong execution focus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360, ₹700,000.00 per year
