5 lacs This role is responsible for enhancing business profitability through effective management of the delinquent portfolio in the respective zone The incumbent will be accountable for field collections for the customers in the region For this segment the collections model would primarily be an Agency Model for flows The incumbent needs to have a strong understanding of small ticket business and challenges on the debt-management process 4 Key Result Areas Write the key results expected from the job and the supporting actions for each of these key result areas For a majority of jobs typically there could be 4- 7 key result areas -
