Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee the production operations of our construction chemical and waterproofing product line. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control specific to waterproofing compounds, admixtures, coatings, sealants, and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage manufacturing processes for waterproofing products, admixtures, and other construction chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee raw material planning, stock management, and timely procurement.
- Implement process improvements for higher efficiency and reduced wastage.
- Monitor and maintain quality control procedures in line with industry standards.
- Work closely with R&D for product trials, testing, and new product development.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead and train production staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10 plus years of experience in construction chemicals production, specifically waterproofing products.
- Strong understanding of chemical formulations, mixing processes, and application methods.
- Knowledge of ISO, BIS, or other quality standards relevant to construction chemicals.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to modern production planning tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in scaling up production capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
