Description

Requirement Gathering:

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion Financials. 

Solution Design & Configuration:

Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules (like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) to meet specific business requirements. 

Fit-Gap Analysis:

Identify gaps between business requirements and standard Oracle functionality, proposing solutions or process enhancements. 

Testing:

Develop and execute test scripts for system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

Training & Support:

Provide end-user training and ongoing support, helping users navigate and optimize the system. 

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes. 

Collaboration:

Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution. 

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on new Oracle features and best practices to continuously improve and optimize system functionality. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). 

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. 

Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues effectively. 

Communication:

Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. 

Project Experience:

Proven experience in full-lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation and upgrades. 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities
Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Forecast to Plan (F2P) processes. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules including Supply Chain Planning, Product Hub, and Inventory Management. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize planning, product data governance, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities: Forecast to Plan (F2P) Process:
  • Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Planning, Demand Management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Configure planning parameters, forecasting models, and supply planning rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply plans with business goals and demand forecasts.
Skills Required:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (Planning, Product Hub, Inventory)
  • Forecasting and supply planning expertise
  • Product data governance and lifecycle management
  • Inventory control and optimization
  • Functional documentation and testing
  • SQL / PL/SQL (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
