As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at Fusion Practices, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with a team of professionals. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to support various modules and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements. - Configure and test Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR & Workforce Management, Talent, Compensation & Learning, Absence, Benefits & Time, and Emerging Capabilities. - Provide support for Redwood UX and AI-driven HCM features such as skills recommendation and user guidance. - Set up approval flows, security roles, and user guidance for MSS/ESS. - Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training. - Coordinate with technical teams on data conversion, integrations, and reporting. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. - Strong expertise in Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits. - Experience with Journeys and Self-Service configuration. - Familiarity with Fast Formulas (Absence, Eligibility, Time and Labor). - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). Please note that a Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certification and understanding of AI use cases within HCM are preferred qualifications for this role.,
