We are hiring Branch Executive for a leading Ayurvedic Multi-speciality Hospital 
Overview
The Branch Executive in a leading hospital plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the branch. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient resource utilization, and driving business growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
Monitor and maintain the branch's budget and financial performance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Develop and execute plans for business development and growth
Resolve patient and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff
Collaborate with the central management team to align branch goals with organizational objectives
Participate in community engagement and outreach activities to promote the hospital services
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients
Manage inventory and procurement processes
Produce regular reports on branch performance and KPIs
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in healthcare management
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role within the healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software
Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving operational targets
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
Certification in Healthcare Management or related field (preferred)
Understanding of community health needs and practices (preferred)
Availability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations
Immediate joiners are preferred.
