Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller / Customer Service Executive who can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel-related queries, promote our services, and ensure a smooth booking experience. Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across different regions (North & South India).
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam based on customer preference.
- Promote and explain travel products — including holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel deals, and visa services.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through timely follow-ups and persuasive communication.
- Maintain and update customer details and booking information in CRM software.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Travel & Tourism or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers with strong language skills may apply).
- Excellent communication and listening skills in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Customer-focused, polite, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
