Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and vibrant Receptionist / Telecaller to join our health clinic in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and prior experience in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries and appointments over phone and in person
  • Maintain front office operations efficiently
  • Assist in daily clinic coordination and record keeping
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (healthcare preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Friendly and professional attitude
