Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Manager to lead our dynamic co-working community at The Address Co-working Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall success of our hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for members
  2. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  4. Collaborate with members to understand their needs and provide tailored support and resources
  5. Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
  6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, including member information and sales data

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a co-working or shared office environment or hotel management
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
