What You'll Do (Real Work, Not Coffee Runs)

  • Decode ground-level industrial problems into AI/IIoT opportunities
  • Engage with OEMs, system integrators, innovators
  • Build & validate problem–solution dossiers used by industry leaders
  • Position MasterLink Hub across LinkedIn, industry forums, and client meetings

Career Path (Your Growth Story)

  • Fellow (0–6 months):
    Work directly with the founder, learn industrial AI, earn convertible equity rights (₹50k–₹1L).
  • Associate (6–18 months):
    Lead a vertical (Manufacturing, Energy, Water, Agri, Smart Cities).
  • Core Team Lead (18–36 months):
    Manage teams, run pilots, own partnerships.
  • Navratna (3–5 years):
    Head of Business Unit, with equity rights and leadership opportunities.
