Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Brand Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include brand planning, developing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing product portfolios, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels, and monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Brand Strategy Development, Brand Positioning, and Product Portfolio Management
- Proficiency in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, and Market Trend Analysis
- Experience with Stakeholder Collaboration and Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
- Experience in consumer goods or parenting products is an advantage
