Daily Office Maintenance

  • Clean and maintain office premises including floors, desks, washrooms, doors, windows, furniture, pantry and common areas.
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitisation throughout the workplace.
  • Dispose of waste daily and manage dustbin cleaning.

Pantry & Hospitality Support

  • Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Maintain pantry items and ensure proper cleanliness of utensils and kitchen area.

Office Assistance & Support Tasks

  • Handle photocopying, printing, stapling, and document arrangement as requested.
  • Assist in filing documents and organizing office materials.
  • Collect and distribute courier packages, letters, and documents internally & externally.

General Office Help

  • Prepare meeting rooms and training rooms before sessions.
  • Assist during events, meetings, or internal activities.
  • Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report requirements to admin.

Basic Errand Running

  • Perform small outdoor tasks such as bank work, dropping cheques, photocopy, stationery purchase etc. when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
