Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Odoo Consultant
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, particularly in the
Accounts/Finance module
. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of accounting processes and proven expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize
    Odoo Accounts module
    as per business requirements.
  • Work closely with the finance/accounts team to understand workflows and translate them into Odoo solutions.
  • Provide
    functional and technical support
    for Odoo, ensuring smooth operation of the system.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Deliver
    end-user training
    and create documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Coordinate with developers for customization, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo Accounts module.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of
    hands-on Odoo ERP
    experience with a strong focus on
    Accounts/Finance module
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    accounting principles
    and financial workflows.
  • Ability to configure Odoo modules and perform functional testing.
  • Experience in
    end-to-end Odoo implementation
    projects (preferably in accounts domain).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Python/Odoo framework is an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.) for cross-functional exposure.
  • Prior client-facing or consulting experience.
