Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced- Odoo Sales Consultant- to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in ERP/IT solution sales. This role involves understanding client business needs, demonstrating Odoo solutions, and driving end-to-end sales processes. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions.- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and accurate proposals.- Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and contracts.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Stay updated on Odoo product features, updates, and market trends. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ERP/Software solution sales (Odoo experience preferred).- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
