We are hiring a Python Developer (2–5 years of experience) who is based in Pune and willing to attend a face-to-face interview at our Pune office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance software and contributing to AI-powered platforms. The right candidate should have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Python development
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and maintaining high-performance software applications
  • Hands-on experience with caching strategies using Redis or Memcached
  • Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or AWS
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as pandas and NumPy
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and foundational AI/Machine Learning concepts
  • A proven track record of delivering well-tested, reliable, and efficient software solutions in an agile environment
  • Motivation to contribute to the development of AI-driven platforms

Key responsibilities of the role include writing clean, production-ready code that is easy to understand and test, giving and receiving constructive feedback within the team, ensuring reliability and performance of the software, mentoring peers for continuous improvement, taking ownership of team practices and workflows, and fostering a results-driven team culture.

Salary: ₹4.5–8 LPA depending on proficiency.

Location: Pune (candidates must be open to attending face-to-face interviews)
