Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in IT Sales, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and generate revenue for the company through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing client relationships. You will be responsible for promoting the company's IT products, services, and solutions to prospective clients in order to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect Clients: Research and identify potential clients in the target market. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals. Proactively reach out to new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and industry events.
Sales and Business Development: Present the company's IT products, services, and solutions to potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to win new business opportunities.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.Solution Proposal and Negotiation: Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to design and present customized solutions that address client needs. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and close deals. Address client objections and concerns effectively, providing solutions and recommendations to secure new business.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Continuously gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for product/service enhancements.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and forecasts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or other tools. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in IT sales or related industries.
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their requirements, and present solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software.
