JOB DESCRIPTION- Senior Analyst / Analyst – RESOURCING & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

ABOUT THE TEAM

Business operations team at iQuanti executes key elements of our revenue cycle management, cost

management, operations supporting client delivery (resource planning, scheduling etc.) and CRM

operations. This is a business-critical function that supports the rapid growth and scaling of iQuanti.

We are looking for a talented individual to join the business operations team and help standardize

and set up our business processes for scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Bring in best practices in resource management, scheduling, and forecasting of resource

requirements.

1. Set up processes and methods which ensure flawless execution of business operations function.

2. End-to-end ownership of resource allocation for all incoming & active projects in the

organization, and configuration of the same on Ruddr/Monday.

1. Set up & execute a process to ensure all incoming projects are staffed with required roles and

forecast hiring needs to leadership.

1. Collaborate with the sales & engagement management for validation of resource plans on all

open & upcoming client work.

1. Rapidly develop understanding of our resource management tool features & capabilities

(Ruddr/Monday).

1. Perform the sync up of CRM (Salesforce) pipeline with Ruddr platform on a weekly basis.

2. Own assignment of employees to engagement based upon their skills, abilities & availability.

Collaborate with Solution Team for inputs on skill match.

1. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to balance hiring with staffing needs.

2. Communicate with Engagement Managers to ensure employee availability by analyzing

mobilization/ demobilization plans, time off, etc.

1. Generate & publish resource requirement forecasts & utilization reports to leadership teams

periodically.

1. Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with

Engagement team and appropriate department heads.

1. Provide and maintain agency resource status - liaising with cross discipline team leads to provide

accurate updates of resource needs.

1. Perform other duties as assigned

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

1. Understanding of services business and key revenue/ cost levers, metrics of utilization etc.

2. Understanding of resource planning and allocation in services businesses such as consulting,

BPO, ITES etc.

1. Strong analytical & planning skills.

2. Proven problem solving & decision-making skills.

3. Past exposure to resource management in a services company is mandatory.

4. Quick learner: Pro-active attitude & attention to detail

5. Verbal and written communication skills: Proficiency in English

6. Ability to collaborate with various teams effortlessly, especially with senior leadership.

7. Strong reporting skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

2. Prior work experience or background in resource management preferred
