Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to 10–15 shops (salons/parlours) within the assigned area.

Promote and explain the company's services, products, or mobile app to shop owners.

Build relationships and onboard new partners into the company's platform.

Collect customer feedback and report daily visit summaries to the supervisor.

Achieve assigned monthly targets to become eligible for incentives and rewards.

Represent the company in a professional and polite manner during all field visits.

Requirements:

Freshers, students, or recent graduates interested in sales, marketing, or fieldwork internships.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.

Basic knowledge of retail/service industries is an advantage.

Must be punctual, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
