
Executive Assistant/ Project Coordination

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance:
● Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities.
● Draft emails, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
● Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
● Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project & Team Coordination:
● Act as a bridge between the CEO and different teams (design, content, tech, operations, etc.).
● Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
● Track progress of deliverables and maintain task status reports.
● Coordinate meetings, share updates, and escalate delays when required.
● Support smooth execution of projects by ensuring proper communication flow.
Skills & Competencies
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow-ups.
● Good organizational and time management abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
● Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
● Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
