Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Interior Designer to support our senior designers and project teams in creating beautiful and functional interior spaces. You'll assist in design development, prepare drawings, coordinate with various teams, and help ensure projects are completed smoothly from concept to execution. You will also interact directly with clients to understand their needs and support ongoing communication throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior designers with design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Prepare and update detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using design software.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries under senior supervision.
  • Prepare and manage quotations and follow up with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for materials and services.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to support project delivery.
  • Help manage timelines, material selections, and sourcing under guidance.
  • Collaborate with junior team members and site coordinators for smooth project execution.
  • Participate in site visits to understand project progress and support quality control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Good eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client interaction.
  • Ability to manage quotations and vendor coordination efficiently.
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
