You will join our FLGS SAP Platforms (Finance, Legal and Global Solutions) department has SAP systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk. The dept. deals with customers from Corporate Finance, Affiliate Finance Departments and Regional/Representative Offices. The areas supported are Finance, Controlling, Consolidation, Treasury, Project System, Invoice Workflow systems, In-House Bank and Finance solutions on BTP.

As an Advanced System Manager I_SAP Signavio at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, system availability, compliance with internal and external regulations, and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Manage expectations of LoB, customers, and users globally; handle communication of maintenance, and manage the budget for SAP Signavio.
• Represent the system in audits, ensure application security and vulnerability management, and conduct testing for IT recovery and penetration.
• Manage and report incidents and problems and maintain the CI-CD pipeline with continuous improvement recommendations.
• Engage in vendor management, prioritize and implement changes or bug fixes, ensure Sarbox compliance, and promote team spirit and knowledge sharing.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry.
• 6 years of experience with SAP FI or SAP FI solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a fair understanding of the SAP Signavio BPM tool.
• Good understanding of the Agile mindset and culture.
• Strong global stakeholder management with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members, and to solve highly complex tasks in a structured manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication. Ability to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders.
