Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Support System Manager in day-to-day operation and maintenance activities.
  • Process establishment, system documentation, coordination with LoB, vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for Vistex systems
  • Collaborate with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth system operations
  • Oversee incident and change management processes
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation
  • Handle audit and compliance-related activities
  • Establish and maintain system audit controls
