Tele caller Job Description

Position: Tele caller / Tele sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Pragati Tower 6th Floor Rajendra Place

Salary Range: 15, ,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely closures.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Provide detailed information about products/services as required.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).

Prior telecalling/telemarketing/sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
