Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Quotation Executive at Vita Wealth Management. The Quotation Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations, assisting in financial planning operations by conducting research and gathering data, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients. Collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions is a key element of the role. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and processing financial data.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and client communication.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with the financial planning or wealth management industry (preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
