Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our Fieldrobo growth team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology solutions, eager to learn, and confident in communicating with potential clients. This role involves lead generation, client outreach, market research, and supporting the sales cycle to drive the adoption of Fieldrobo.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through online platforms, networking, and cold outreach.
- Assist in managing and expanding the sales pipeline for Fieldrobo.
- Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to generate new business leads.
Client Engagement
- Present Fieldrobo's value proposition to potential customers.
- Schedule and support product demonstrations along with senior sales members.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (product, technical, marketing).
- Maintain CRM updates, lead records, and daily activity reports.
Market Research
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights to help refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0.6 –1 year of experience in sales, business development, or internships in tech/SaaS preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Must have an Own Laptop
- Internship Experience Welcome
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
