**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive/Manager - Maternity Hospital
**Location**: Velacherry, Saidapet, valasaravakkam.
**Reporting To**: Marketing Head
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **B2B Sales Executive/Manager** to drive partnerships and business growth for our maternity hospital. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing relationships with corporate organizations, insurance providers, and other healthcare stakeholders to promote our maternity and related healthcare services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, such as corporate organizations, insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and community groups.
- Develop customized proposals and business models tailored to client needs.
- **Partnership Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures.
- **Promoting Services**:
- Promote maternity hospital services such as antenatal care packages, delivery packages, wellness programs, fertility services, and postnatal care to B2B clients.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to showcase hospital offerings.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide inputs for new service packages and promotional strategies based on market feedback.
- **Revenue Generation**:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by onboarding new B2B clients.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the hospital’s marketing, operations, and medical teams to ensure smooth service delivery for B2B clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise growth strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of new B2B partnerships signed.
- Revenue generated from B2B channels.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Contribution to overall hospital revenue growth.
