Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of either Python, Javascript, Java, or QA and Cloud engineers in line with your skilset with a focus on fostering a healthy culture grounded in continuous learning and collaboration.

  • Conduct monthly performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Establish and maintain best practices for your area of expertise between Python, Java, Javascript, or QE, Cloud development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.

  • Architect and design scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex technical challenges.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

  • Project Management:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

  • Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage sprints and track progress.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
