The job of an IndusInd Bank Pioneer RM involves managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) by acquiring new clients, growing existing ones, and serving as the primary point of contact for their banking and investment needs. Key responsibilities include generating new business to meet sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service and resolve issues for clients. This role requires a focus on deepening client relationships to increase revenue and share of wallet. Key responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, acting as the face of the bank to this premium segment.
- Business Development: Acquire new HNI customers through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Sales and Strategy: Generate new business to meet and exceed defined sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.
- Financial Needs Analysis: Understand and meet the financial, banking, investment, and business needs of clients.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Service Excellence: Provide personalized and exceptional service to ensure high-value clients have their needs met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all bank policies and procedures, including those related to anti-money laundering. Role & responsibilities
