Overview The Tech Lead React.JS plays a crucial role in leading and guiding the development team to deliver high-quality, efficient, and innovative React.JS applications. This position is vital in driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring best practices, and mentoring team members.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of React.JS applications and establish coding standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and coaching to team members
  • Architect scalable and reusable React.JS components and libraries
  • Participate in system design and provide input on best practices and approaches
  • Implement and enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of software solutions
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React.JS and front-end development
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Plan and prioritize technical tasks and provide clear timelines and estimations
  • Contribute to the technical documentation and provide support during the deployment and testing phases
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Mentor and coach junior developers and provide technical leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in building and architecting React.JS applications
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
  • Proven experience in technical leadership and guiding development teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions
  • Experience in designing and implementing technical architectures for React.JS applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Experience in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Proficiency in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and principles
