Role Description

We are recruiting a versatile founding engineer to build Stellar's hyper-personalized wealth management platform:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of our digital platform while navigating ill-defined problems
  • Rapidly prototype and deliver intuitive user experiences through iterative product experimentation and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with domain experts to build our agentic wealth manager
  • Implement engineering best practices: DevOps, security, automated testing, style standardization, etc
  • Continuously leverage AI assistance to boost creativity and product velocity

Preferred Background

  • Experience: 5+ years in software engineering (full-stack or AI)
  • Education: Strong academic background from premier institutions
  • Prior Roles: Proven zero-to-one experience of quickly shipping high-quality products in fintech/wealthtech startups
  • Bonus: Experience developing AI agents
  • Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
