About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee software development projects and collaborate closely with internal IT teams. This role acts as a bridge between business goals and technology solutions, ensuring smooth project execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IT/software projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
  • Identify project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with software developers, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical implementations and business processes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status and blockers.

Agile Practices

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Trello).

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  • Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business actions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills

  • Background in IT or software development is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with development teams or in SaaS-based product companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
