**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and deliver lessons in English language and literature based on the curriculum.
- Plan and organize lessons that include reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and oral communication.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs and learning styles of diverse students.
- **Student Engagement and Development**:

- Encourage active participation in class discussions, group activities, and reading sessions.
- Help students improve their reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary through interactive lessons.
- Foster a love for literature, teaching both classic and contemporary works, and helping students appreciate different genres.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, class participation, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' writing, assignments, and performance in exams.
- Prepare students for exams and offer review sessions to ensure they are well-prepared.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish a disciplined and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure students are respectful and focused.
- Incorporate creative and engaging methods to make learning English enjoyable.
- **Parent and School Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents about students' progress and any issues.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching strategies, curriculum changes, and developments in English education.
- Participate in training, workshops, and professional development activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
