**Job Summary**:
A TGT English Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in middle and secondary school (typically classes 6-10). The teacher must develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a love for the English language while ensuring academic excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and literature.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools and interactive learning.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and guide students in improving their writing and reading skills.
- Maintain student records and progress reports.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, debates, and creative writing.
- Address student queries and learning difficulties effectively.
- **Co-Curricular & Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize literary events such as debates, elocutions, essay writing, and drama.
- Support school functions, annual days, and language development programs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and syllabus changes.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions for continuous learning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
