Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and empathetic
Customer Care Executive
to be the voice of Fancy Pastels for our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand's warmth, efficiency, and high service standards. Your role will involve managing queries, resolving concerns, and providing an exceptional post-purchase experience to build trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media DMs in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Track and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely updates are shared.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a solutions-driven approach, escalating to management when required.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM tools.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and services.
  • Uphold brand tone of voice and ensure every communication enhances the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, email tools, and basic Excel.
