We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team and support our people-first culture.

Job Summary

As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and training. You will work closely with management to ensure HR strategies align with the company's growth in the solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for both technical and non-technical roles, especially in solar engineering, project management, and field operations.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts etc.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll vendors as required.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to field and corporate teams.
  • Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary issues in line with HR policies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and organize internal/external training programs.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the renewable energy, engineering, or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
